Materials Data on AlSiRu2 by Materials Project
Ru2AlSi is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ru is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Al and four equivalent Si atoms. All Ru–Al bond lengths are 2.57 Å. All Ru–Si bond lengths are 2.57 Å. Al is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Ru atoms. Si is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Ru atoms.
