Materials Data on AlCrOs2 by Materials Project
CrOs2Al crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two CrOs2Al ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Cr is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Os atoms. Both Cr–Os bond lengths are 2.12 Å. Os is bonded in a linear geometry to one Cr and one Al atom. The Os–Al bond length is 2.42 Å. Al is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Os atoms.
