Materials Data on AlP2CN3O10 by Materials Project

CN3Al(PO5)2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of four guanidine molecules and two Al(PO5)2 sheets oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. In each Al(PO5)2 sheet, Al3+ is bonded to six O2- atoms to form AlO6 octahedra that share corners with four equivalent PO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Al–O bond distances ranging from 1.84–1.92 Å. P5+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form PO4 tetrahedra that share corners with two equivalent AlO6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedra tilt angles range from 15–35°. There are a spread of P–O bond distances ranging from 1.53–1.55 Å. There are five inequivalent O2- sites. In the first O2- site, O2- is bonded in a linear geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the second O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the third O2- site, O2- is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Al3+ atom. In the fourth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one P5+ atom. In the fifth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one P5+ atom.

Materials Data on Al3P3C4NO13 by Materials Project

C2N(AlPO4)3C2O is Low Tridymite-derived structured and crystallizes in the orthorhombic P2_12_12 space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of four dimethyl ether molecules, four n-methyl methanimine molecules, and one AlPO4 framework. In the AlPO4 framework, there are three inequivalent Al3+ sites. In the first Al3+ site, Al3+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form AlO4 tetrahedra that share corners with four PO4 tetrahedra. There is two shorter (1.75 Å) and two longer (1.76 Å) Al–O bond length. In the second Al3+ site, Al3+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form AlO4 tetrahedra that share corners with four PO4 tetrahedra. There is two shorter (1.75 Å) and two longer (1.76 Å) Al–O bond length. In the third Al3+ site, Al3+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form AlO4 tetrahedra that share corners with four PO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Al–O bond distances ranging from 1.74–1.76 Å. There are three inequivalent P5+ sites. In the first P5+ site, P5+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form PO4 tetrahedra that share corners with four AlO4 tetrahedra. There is two shorter (1.53 Å) and two longer (1.54 Å) P–O bond length. In the second P5+ site, P5+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form PO4 tetrahedra that share corners with four AlO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of P–O bond distances ranging from 1.53–1.55 Å. In the third P5+ site, P5+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form PO4 tetrahedra that share corners with four AlO4 tetrahedra. All P–O bond lengths are 1.54 Å. There are twelve inequivalent O2- sites. In the first O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the second O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the third O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the fourth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the fifth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the sixth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the seventh O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the eighth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the ninth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the tenth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the eleventh O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the twelfth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a linear geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom.

Materials Data on Al3P3C4NO13 by Materials Project

C4NAl3P3O13 crystallizes in the monoclinic P2_1/c space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of two C4N ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 1) direction and one Al3P3O13 framework. In each C4N ribbon, there are four inequivalent C+1.25+ sites. In the first C+1.25+ site, C+1.25+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two C+1.25+ atoms. There is one shorter (1.24 Å) and one longer (1.31 Å) C–C bond length. In the second C+1.25+ site, C+1.25+ is bonded in a distorted bent 150 degrees geometry to one C+1.25+ and one N3- atom. The C–N bond length is 1.27 Å. In the third C+1.25+ site, C+1.25+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two C+1.25+ atoms. There is one shorter (1.26 Å) and one longer (1.29 Å) C–C bond length. In the fourth C+1.25+ site, C+1.25+ is bonded in a distorted single-bond geometry to one C+1.25+ and one N3- atom. The C–N bond length is 1.22 Å. N3- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to two C+1.25+ atoms. In the Al3P3O13 framework, there are three inequivalent Al3+ sites. In the first Al3+ site, Al3+ is bonded to five O2- atoms to form AlO5 trigonal bipyramids that share corners with four PO4 tetrahedra and a cornercorner with one AlO5 trigonal bipyramid. There are a spread of Al–O bond distances ranging from 1.81–1.88 Å. In the second Al3+ site, Al3+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form AlO4 tetrahedra that share corners with four PO4 tetrahedra. There is three shorter (1.76 Å) and one longer (1.77 Å) Al–O bond length. In the third Al3+ site, Al3+ is bonded to five O2- atoms to form AlO5 trigonal bipyramids that share corners with four PO4 tetrahedra and a cornercorner with one AlO5 trigonal bipyramid. There are a spread of Al–O bond distances ranging from 1.81–1.88 Å. There are three inequivalent P5+ sites. In the first P5+ site, P5+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form PO4 tetrahedra that share a cornercorner with one AlO4 tetrahedra and corners with three AlO5 trigonal bipyramids. There is two shorter (1.53 Å) and two longer (1.55 Å) P–O bond length. In the second P5+ site, P5+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form PO4 tetrahedra that share a cornercorner with one AlO4 tetrahedra and corners with three AlO5 trigonal bipyramids. There are a spread of P–O bond distances ranging from 1.53–1.56 Å. In the third P5+ site, P5+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form PO4 tetrahedra that share corners with two equivalent AlO4 tetrahedra and corners with two AlO5 trigonal bipyramids. There are a spread of P–O bond distances ranging from 1.53–1.56 Å. There are thirteen inequivalent O2- sites. In the first O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the second O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 120 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the third O2- site, O2- is bonded in a distorted bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the fourth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the fifth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the sixth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the seventh O2- site, O2- is bonded in a distorted bent 120 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. Materials Data on AlP3C3NO9 by Materials Project

AlC3P3NO9 crystallizes in the monoclinic P2_1/c space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two AlC3P3NO9 ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Al3+ is bonded in an octahedral geometry to six O2- atoms. There are a spread of Al–O bond distances ranging from 1.85–1.97 Å. There are three inequivalent C1+ sites. In the first C1+ site, C1+ is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one N3- atom. The C–N bond length is 1.45 Å. In the second C1+ site, C1+ is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one N3- atom. The C–N bond length is 1.42 Å. In the third C1+ site, C1+ is bonded in a bent 120 degrees geometry to one N3- and one O2- atom. The C–N bond length is 1.27 Å. The C–O bond length is 1.39 Å. There are three inequivalent P5+ sites. In the first P5+ site, P5+ is bonded in a trigonal non-coplanar geometry to three O2- atoms. There are a spread of P–O bond distances ranging from 1.50–1.52 Å. In the second P5+ site, P5+ is bonded in a trigonal non-coplanar geometry to three O2- atoms. There is one shorter (1.50 Å) and two longer (1.52 Å) P–O bond length. In the third P5+ site, P5+ is bonded in a distorted trigonal planar geometry to three O2- atoms. There are a spread of P–O bond distances ranging from 1.48–1.71 Å. N3- is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to three C1+ atoms. There are nine inequivalent O2- sites. In the first O2- site, O2- is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one P5+ atom. In the second O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the third O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the fourth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the fifth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 150 degrees geometry to one Al3+ and one P5+ atom. In the sixth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to one C1+ and one P5+ atom. In the seventh O2- site, O2- is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one P5+ atom.
