Sr2PdAg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Sr2PdAg ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sr is bonded in a linear geometry to one Pd and one Ag atom. The Sr–Pd bond length is 2.72 Å. The Sr–Ag bond length is 3.17 Å. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sr atoms. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sr atoms.
SrPd2Ag3 crystallizes in the hexagonal P6/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sr is bonded in a distorted hexagonal planar geometry to six equivalent Pd and twelve equivalent Ag atoms. All Sr–Pd bond lengths are 3.24 Å. All Sr–Ag bond lengths are 3.64 Å. Pd is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Sr and six equivalent Ag atoms. All Pd–Ag bond lengths are 2.83 Å. Ag is bonded to four equivalent Sr, four equivalent Pd, and four equivalent Ag atoms to form a mixture of distorted face, edge, and corner-sharing AgSr4Ag4Pd4 cuboctahedra. All Ag–Ag bond lengths are 2.80 Å.
