Materials Data on La2AgOs by Materials Project
La2OsAg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two La2OsAg ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. La is bonded in a linear geometry to one Os and one Ag atom. The La–Os bond length is 2.40 Å. The La–Ag bond length is 3.07 Å. Os is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent La atoms. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent La atoms.
