Materials Data on YAgHg2 by Materials Project

YAgHg2 is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Y is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to six equivalent Ag and eight equivalent Hg atoms. All Y–Ag bond lengths are 3.56 Å. All Y–Hg bond lengths are 3.09 Å. Ag is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Y and eight equivalent Hg atoms. All Ag–Hg bond lengths are 3.09 Å. Hg is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Y and four equivalent Ag atoms.

Materials Data on Y2AgHg by Materials Project

Y2AgHg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Y2AgHg ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Y is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ag and one Hg atom. The Y–Ag bond length is 2.98 Å. The Y–Hg bond length is 2.93 Å. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms. Hg is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms.

Materials Data on YAg2Hg by Materials Project

YAg2Hg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two YAg2Hg ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Y is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ag atoms. Both Y–Ag bond lengths are 2.88 Å. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to one Y and one Hg atom. The Ag–Hg bond length is 2.94 Å. Hg is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ag atoms.
