Materials Data on AgGeAu2 by Materials Project
Au2AgGe crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Au2AgGe ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ag and one Ge atom. The Au–Ag bond length is 2.65 Å. The Au–Ge bond length is 2.38 Å. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms. Ge is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms.
