Materials Data on Ba2AgAu by Materials Project
Ba2AuAg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Ba2AuAg ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ba is bonded in a linear geometry to one Au and one Ag atom. The Ba–Au bond length is 3.18 Å. The Ba–Ag bond length is 3.32 Å. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ba atoms. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ba atoms.
