Generic Multi-Layer Perceptron Inference Accelerator on FPGA (vneuron) v1.0
We have designed and implemented a neural network inference compute engine (vneuron) that can be deployed in the fabric of any FPGA without using special hardware accelerator primitive. The "vneuron" is purely written in verilog, and supports scalable neural network structure with fully connected layers and ReLU activation ( Multi-Layer Perceptron architecture) with 16 bits of precision. We have demonstrated it on an Xilinx Artix 7 FPGA for a 16-input, 8-output MLP with 3 layer, 1600 parameters. It takes 40 DSP48E and 40 BRAM18, and takes 131 clock cycles for computing (1048 ns when clocked at 125MHz). We include PyTorch quantization from a given floating point model, and provide behavioral verification simulation in the disclosed software package.
Generic Comparison Table Prompt And Footnote Validator
This consist of a detailed prompt to be used with a LLM (Tested with Claude 4.5) to prompt for a topic and then generate a comparison/landscape table. The prompt can be modified and tailored to fit the user's specific needs.

Spiner: Performance Portable Routines for Generic, Tabulated, Multi-Dimensional Data
We present Spiner, a new, performance-portable library for working with tabulated data. Spiner provides efficient routines for multi-dimensional interpolation and indexing on both CPUs and GPUs—as well as more exotic hardware—including interwoven interpolation and indexing access patterns, as needed for radiation transport. Importantly, Spiner defines a data format, based on HDF5, that couples the tabulated data to the information required to interpolate it, which Spiner can read and move to GPU.
Los Alamos Recapitalization Project Prioritization—Summary Using Generic Project Names
The purpose of this document is to provide a standard method of prioritizing proposals for NNSA’s NA-50 Office of Safety, Infrastructure, and Operations recapitalization projects under the auspices of the Los Alamos Weapons Infrastructure Program Office (WI-PO). The framework described here has the goal of providing a consistent method by which all proposals are ranked from a pre-determined set of criteria. The results of this study are not expected to be definitive but rather provide input for management decisions. The top-ranked projects can be pursued further to become the focus for an appropriate fiscal year NA-50 funding cycle. A recapitalization team of subject matter experts (SMEs) and managers used multi-attribute decision analysis to determine the top priority NA-50 projects for FY2022. Ratings of seven criteria against twelve projects were combined with four weighting perspectives to provide the final results.
RADIANCE Cybersecurity Plan: Generic Version
Under its Grid Modernization Initiative, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), in collaboration with energy industry stakeholders developed a multi-year research plan to support modernizing the electric grid. One of the foundational projects for accelerating modernization efforts is information and communications technology interoperability. A key element of this project has been the development of a methodology for engaging ecosystems related to grid integration to create roadmaps that advance the ease of integration of related smart technology. This document is the product of activities undertaken in 2017 through 2019. It provides a Cybersecurity Plan describing the technology to be adopted in the project with details as per the GMLC Call document.
M4SF-20LL010301082-Sorption Database and Model for Generic Disposal System Assessment
This progress report (Level 4 Milestone Number M4SF-20LL010301082) summarizes research conducted at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) within the Argillite International Collaborations Activity Number Activity SF-20LL010301081. The activity is focused on our long-term commitment to engaging our partners in international nuclear waste repository research. The focus of this milestone is surface complexation model international collaborations. Specifically, we are developing a database framework for Spent Fuel and Waste and Science Technology (SFWST) that is aligned with the Helmholtz Zentrum Dresden Rossendorf (HZDR) sorption database development group in support of the database needs of the SFWST program.
M4SF-20LL010301042: Updated Thermodynamic Database for Use in Generic Disposal System Assessment
This progress report (Level 4 Milestone Number M4SF-20LL010301042) summarizes research conducted at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) within the Argillite Activity Number SF-20LL010301041. LLNL is leading efforts in the development of thermodynamic databases in support of the Spent Fuel and Waste Science Technology (SFWST) program. Thermodynamic models provide the basis for understanding the stability of solid phases and speciation of aqueous species and modeling the evolution of repository conditions. The LLNL effort is being performed in coordination with other US database development efforts. The effort includes a review of available thermochemical databases and a path forward for database integration. International coordination with the NEA-TDB is supported through crystalline international work package.

Generic National Nuclear Forensics Library Implementation
This document provides instructions for the database implementation for national nuclear forensic library (NNFL) using a relational database. While there are many software options that can be used to implement an NNFL database, in this document we reference an Oracle database for the implementation. The principles related here can be applied to any relational database structure. The design revolves around two main types of data: Samples and Results. Samples are materials or descriptions of materials; results are the results of analyses of those samples. All additional tables exist as a result of the normalization process. The remaining tables/entities have keys that are referenced by the Result/Sample tables via foreign key constraints. This allows for the enforcement of different relationships between the tables such as one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many. This process helps to ensure that valid data is entered, optimizes database performance and avoids data redundancies.

Depletion Analysis of a Generic Fast Spectrum Molten Salt Reactor Supporting Material Control and Accounting (Rev.1)
Advanced reactors are of interest for a variety of use scenarios, and there are numerous advanced reactor designs being considered, which includes molten salt reactors (MSRs). Depending on the design, advanced reactors may have more extensive material control and accounting (MC&A) processes than current Light Water Reactor (LWR) designs. This project evaluated the use of Monte Carlo simulations for generating information that could guide the development of MC&A approaches for MSRs. In particular, the current capabilities of MCNP version 6.3 internally coupled with CINDER’90 were assessed for a fast spectrum liquid fueled MSR with online fission product removal and refueling. The fission product removal and refueling was performed in batches, and a Python wrapper was developed to control the simulations and update the fuel composition.
