AmeriFlux CA-EM1 Newdale Manitoba

This is the AmeriFlux version of the carbon flux data for the site CA-EM1 Newdale Manitoba. Site Description - This tower is located in a freshwater marsh embedded in cropland in southwestern Manitoba. The wetland is 14.5 ha in size. The wetland vegetation is dominated cattail with central open-water areas. The surrounding uplands are typically planted to canola and spring wheat.

AmeriFlux CA-EM2 Shoal Lake Manitoba

This is the AmeriFlux version of the carbon flux data for the site CA-EM2 Shoal Lake Manitoba. Site Description - This tower is located in a freshwater marsh embedded in rangeland/perennial cover in southwestern Manitoba. The wetland is 20.3 ha in size. The wetland vegetation is dominated bulrush with only small pockets of open-water. The surrounding uplands consist of native and tame grasses that are periodically grazed by cattle.

AmeriFlux US-UTW UFLUX Wellington

This is the AmeriFlux version of the carbon flux data for the site US-UTW UFLUX Wellington. Site Description - This station is located between two large pivots that irrigate alfalpha. The pivots are in line with the predominant wind direction. The farm is no-till and uses canal water to irrigate. The field is grazed by cattle in the early winter.

This is the AmeriFlux version of the carbon flux data for the site US-AMS Argonne Testbed for Multiscale Observational Science (ATMOS). Site Description - This tower is located at Argonne National Laboratory approximately 2 km north of the Des Plaines river and 115 m NNW from the ATMOS meteorological tower. It is downwind of a seasonally wet grassland bordered by forest 40 m N of the flux tower. The area was managed by controlled burns until 2019.

This is the AmeriFlux version of the carbon flux data for the site US-Fo1 Flux Observations of Carbon from an Airborne Laboratory (FOCAL) Campaign Site 1. Site Description - This tower is locate south of Prudhoe Bay off the Dalton Highway along the Sagavanirktok (Sag) River. Landcover at the site is wetsedge (based on NSSI land cover map). During the first campaign (2013-2014), the tower location was 70.085450N; -148.570160W. It was moved to the current location (70.085050N, 148.567090W) during 2022 to 2024.
