Cryogenic test facilities are critical infrastructure for physics experiments in a variety of fields, perhaps most notably for particle detection with noble liquid detectors, low-temperature device development, and quantum information research. However, considerable investment and technical knowledge are required to construct and operate such facilities. This white paper discusses proposals for user facilities aimed at broadening the availability of testing capabilities for the scientific community.
Presentation detailing Major focus: Deployment of A709 for fast reactor structural applications in the area of Design, Fabrication, Supply Chain, and Adx Rx Operation. Also discuss additional work to support A709 development, High level timeline for Irradiation design data, and processing parameters.

We discuss a model with a SU(2) L doublet vector leptoquark (LQ), motivated by the recent experimental results relating to the lepton universality of $\overline{B}$ → D$^{(*)}$$τ\overline{ν}_τ$ We find that scalar operators predicted by the LQ are favored to explain the deviations, taking into account the recent LHCb result. We investigate the extensive phenomenology of the model and conclude that B s → $τ\overline{τ}$, B → $Kτ\overline{τ}$, B u → $τ\overline{ν}_τ$ and high-p T di- τ lepton signatures at the LHC will probe the interesting parameter region in the near future.
We study the stratification of the singular locus of four dimensional $\mathscr{N}$ = 2 Coulomb branches. We present a set of self-consistency conditions on this stratification which can be used to extend the classification of scale-invariant rank 1 Coulomb branch geometries to two complex dimensions, and beyond. The calculational simplicity of the arguments presented here stems from the fact that the main ingredients needed - the rank 1 deformation patterns and the pattern of inclusions of rank 2 strata - are discrete topological data which satisfy strong self-consistency conditions through their relationship to the central charges of the SCFT. This relationship of the stratification data to the central charges is used here, but is derived and explained in a companion paper by one of the authors. We illustrate the use of these conditions by re-analyzing many previously-known examples of rank 2 SCFTs, and also by finding examples of new theories. The power of these conditions stems from the fact that for Coulomb branch stratifications a conjecturally complete list of physically allowed “elementary slices” is known. By contrast, constraining the possible elementary slices of symplectic singularities relevant for Higgs branch stratifications remains an open problem.

This prospective study is, to our knowledge, the first report of daily adaptive radiation therapy (ART) for head and neck cancer (HNC) using a 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging-linear accelerator (MR-linac) with particular focus on safety and feasibility and dosimetric results of an online rigid registration-based adapt to position (ATP) workflow.
