In the fourth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 120 degrees geometry to one V5+ and one Se6+ atom. In the fifth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 120 degrees geometry to one V5+ and one Se6+ atom. In the sixth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a bent 120 degrees geometry to one V5+ and one Se6+ atom.
