XRD-PUAT (X-Ray Diffraction - Parameter Uncertainty Analysis Toolkit)

Abstract

This XRD uncertainty toolkit was built to investigate uncertainty and local least squares topology over a specified parameter space on a single histogram in a gpx GSAS-II file.
