Benchmarking the Lab Fellows Program
Abstract
PNNL’s Fellows are recognized as having attained the institution’s highest level of scientific and technical achievement. These individuals are internationally recognized by their peers and have demonstrated innovation and leadership throughout their careers. PNNL’s Independent Oversight (IO) office led an assessment to benchmark how other research and development organizations identify, advance, recognize, and utilize their Fellows.
