Towards Interoperability between Simulations and Physical Hardware during Tester Development
Abstract
To effectively use “Hardware in the Loop” (HIL) methodologies in the development of test systems, the tester architecture must be capable of seamlessly switching between executing tests against simulations and real units. This report describes initial attempts to build an integrated system with these capabilities.
