Asset Level Data Reporting

Abstract

This presentation provides an overview of the change in how the Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) will collect per-vehicle data about the Federal government's fleet of motor vehicles, current status of the implementation effort to support that reporting, and lessons learned to date. This presentation is one of three comprising a panel discussion with representatives from other Federal agencies. FAST is a Web-based information system managed by the US Department of Energy, the US General Services Administration, and the Energy Information Administration. FAST is used to collect information about the fleet of motor vehicles used and managed by the Federal government.
