GRB-SN Energetics

Abstract

I will present a comparison on the energetics of Gamma-Ray Bursts and their associated Supernovae. To date, there are four such sources spectroscopically detected and_.we have taken into account their multiwavelength observations in our estimates. We find that although the SN counterparts are very similar to Ib/c SNe, their burst energetics set this sample apart and into a "sub-energetic" GRB set.
