Hardware Outgassing Certification

Abstract

This viewgraph presentation reviews the outgassing of hardware to be used in space environments, to reduce the contamination levels such that the effects of the remaining contaminants are acceptable. The process of degassing materials that are to be used for constructing space hardware is detailed, and the data collection and analysis process is also detailed.
