Airframe systems studies review

Abstract

The High Speed Civil Transport (HSCT) mission perspective is given, along with the systems studies goals, a configuration for the commercially viable HSCT, and a summary of the HSCT airframe systems studies during phases 1, 2, and 3. The environment effect goals are also presented, along with the airplane size projections, low sonic boom technology, and conclusions.
