Abstract
IUS/SPINSIM computer code written to evaluate proposed spinning third stage for Inertial Upper Stage (IUS) Jupiter Mission. Program simulates exoatmospheric motion of spinning upper stage of rocket. IUS/SPINSIM written in FORTRAN 77 for DEC VAX-series computers running VMS.
