Abstract

As far as technical performance is concerned, the project is still within the previously arranged plan and as far as the launching possibilities are conserned, there is a change from the previous situation. A launch date in 1989 can only be realized with a Delta II, since there is no data available at present for the Atlas/Centaur as to whether and when production will resume.
