Wind-tunnel/flight-drag correlation
Abstract
Predicted and flight-test drag on the C-5A and the C-141 are correlated. Equivalent rigid flight-test profile drag and a rigid estimate based on wind tunnel data are also correlated. Correlations for the National Transonic Facility are included.
