Deep-Access Valve Wrench
Abstract
Bent rod on modified basin wrench holds wrench jaw against valve stem. Rod swivels to accomodate 180 degrees rotation of wrench jaw. Valves 5 feet (1.5 meters) underground can be operated with tool.
