Advanced Reactor Fragility Considerations

This presentation describes advanced reactor concepts at a high level and discusses them with respect to their implications on failure modes, criticality safety, and proliferation. The presentation is meant to give cyber security specialists with no nuclear background a high level overview of future technologies and how they may be impacted by cyber security concerns. The conference will be held on Wednesday, July 21st so the presentation needs to be approved by the morning on July 20th.
