Balancing CO 2 Pipeline Infrastructure Challenges
Conference presentation at American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) Conference, Houston, Texas, March 28–30, 2022. This study on the pipeline systems revealed challenges that a pipeline system will face: a) pipeline cost estimates and cost drivers, b) cost and hydraulics optimization, and c) temperature effects on the pipeline capacity and maximum injection pressure at an injection well.
