LANL is changing rapidly and requires a leadership development program in order to support the growing and changing workforce. Provide analysis and recommendations for a leadership development program for engineering services within ALDFO: 1) Attrition and churn are up; 2) Younger workforce--loss of organizational knowledge; 3) LANL is geographically isolated; 4) Leadership training is infrequent and one-size-fits-all.
