Resilient Node Cluster Analysis Tool (ReNCAT) v. 2.1
SAND2021-6533 O The Resilient Node Cluster Analysis Tool (ReNCAT) identifies portions of a power distribution network that can be isolated into microgrids in order to supply services to a community during disruptive events. Candidate microgrid configurations are evaluated using a burden metric, a measure of the relative effort community members must expend to acquire services required for their well-being. Results present multiple candidate configurations, each with a different balance of cost and burden.
