Nanotechnology in Materials
A viewgraph presentation gives an overview of nanotechnology in materials, including details on the evolution of engineering materials and the goals and organization of processing techniques. Nanotechnology is defined and details are given for two different types of nanomaterials: (1) cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (CTAC) and (2) tetraethoxysilane (TEOS). Film growth is detailed through magnified images.
