Microbial Ecology Toy Library
These are miscellaneous utility functions that I've developed and found useful in working with sequencing counts. Purpose: To collect often reused procedures in one open source location that can be shared and worked on publicly, and perhaps contributed back to other open source projects. Function: Adds, divides, filters, summarizes tables of counts. Capabilities: Currently, the main capability is to reformat count tables for use with the ALDEx2 package.
