In this talk we present results of a repeat-pass SAR interferometry experiment performed in June 1993 near Portage, Maine. Differential GPS data accurate to +/-10cm were acquired to aid in motion compensation and geolocation of targets in the imagery. The experiment and data analysis will be discussed, and results will be shown during the presentation.
Data collected over the Galapagos Islands using the JPL/NASA TOPSAR airborne interferometric radar covered an area in excess of 5000 km(sup 2). This paper presents the algorithms used to mosaic the data into a high resolution (10X10 m ground spacing) topographic map of the islands. Also described are the correlation and height maps which are generated as ancillary products to the topographic maps.
The Magellan radar instrument collected a large volume of radar stereo images during its two years of operation. In order to make full use of this data an automatic means of generating digital elevation models is required. Because of Magellan's unique orbital geometry and radar image formation algorithm a number of modifications to the standard stereo processing scheme are required. This paper outlines a stereo algorithm suitable for Magellan data.
