Heat conduction in three dimensions

Multidimensional heat conduction program computes transient temperature history and steady state temperatures of complex body geometries in three dimensions. Emphasis is placed on type of problems associated with Space Shuttle thermal protection system, but program could be used in thermal analysis of most three dimensional systems.

Program for determination of radiation interchange factors

Digital computer model was devised for determining thermal and solar radiation interchange factors. Program computes interchange factors among surfaces having any combination of following properties: diffuse emittance and reflectance, diffuse emittance and specular reflectance, diffuse emittance and components of diffuse and specular reflectance, and directional emittance and bidirectional reflectances.

Multidimensional heat conduction

Computer program computes transient temperature history or steady state solution for complex body geometries in three geometries. Program allows option of four methods of solution: forward difference method, midpoint difference (Crank-Nicholson) method, backward difference method, and alternating direction technique.
