microGPS: On-orbit Demonstration of a New Approach to GPS to Space Applications
In February 1998 Student Nitric Oxide Explorer (SNOE) was successfully launched and began scientific observations.
Atmospheric Calibration for Cassini Radio Science
The signals from the Cassini spacecraft that will be affected by delay fluctuations in the Earth's atmosphere. These fluctuations are dominated by water vapor in the troposphere, and in the case of Gravitaional Wave Experiment (GWE), they are likely to be a limiting error source. A passive remote sensing system, centered around a water vapor radiometer (WVR), has been developed to provide calibrations of water vapor fluctuations during radio science experiments.

Performance Evaluation of the GPS Yaw Bias Implementation
Yaw bias was implemented on most GPS satellites in 1994, and on all Block II satellites by 1995. It was introduced as a way to model the yaw attitude of the GPS satellites during shadow crossings. A yaw attitude model was written to simulate the new satellite attitude during eclipse seasons. Proper use of this model improves the accuracy of precise positioning with the GPS.
First Assessment of GPS-Based Reduced Dynamic Orbit Determination of TOPEX/Poseidon
The reduced dynamic tracking technique has been applied for the first time as part of the GPS experiment on TOPEX/Poseidon.
